Postage

When will I receive my order?

Framed prints - All framed prints are printed and framed to order. This can take a maximum of two weeks depending on the day that your order is placed. Add an extra three days for postage in the UK. International postage can take a little longer depending on the where in the world you have ordered from.

Canvas prints - These will be made and delivered within 7 business days worldwide.

Unframed prints - Delivered within 7 business days in the UK. Longer for international orders.

Original artwork - If the artwork is unframed then you can expect to receive it within 7 working days of ordering. If a frame needs to be made for it then please allow 2-3 weeks.

Greeting cards and calendars - Delivered within 5 business days in the UK. Longer for international orders.

If you need your order sooner please contact me here and I'll do my best to accommodate. 

I need my order quickly!

If your order is urgent please contact me here before you place your order and I'll let you know how soon I can get it to you. You can also use the message icon at the bottom right of your screen (right hand side on desktop).

Can I track my order?

Smaller unframed prints, greeting cards and calendars - I normally send these 1st Class with Royal Mail. There will be no tracking number but you will receive an email notifying you when your order has been posted.  Your order should arrive 1-2 business days after that email.

Framed Prints and original artwork - I send the majority of my framed prints with Parcel Force's 48 hour service. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to post.

Unframed prints - Prints larger than A4 are posted with Parcel Force's 48 hour service. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to post

Canvas prints - These are sent with Fedex. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been posted.



Product

Can I return my order?

As most of my products are custom-made and I have such a large range of product types and variations — I may not be able to accept a return. If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, please contact me here before it is sent out. Please carefully check the measurements provided on the product pages and information pages before ordering.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please contact me here and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Can you include a note with my my order?

Yes! Please type your note in the 'Special instructions for seller' section at the checkout/shopping basket. I'll print out your message and include it with your order. Sadly this is not possible with canvas prints.
