Polly Joke is a sheltered sandy cove tucked away on the southern side of West Pentire in Cornwall. The fields overlooking the beach are home to numerous wildflowers (154 species!) and the famous Poppies which flower from May to June. There's a great circular walk you can do around the headland which starts from the carpark at West Pentire. The beach also hosts a fun wave in the right conditions.
